Easy Pork Chop with Caramelized Onion
fresh ground black pepper
large onion cut into strips
or 2 small/medium ones. Don't skimp on the onion
Season chops with seasoning salt and black pepper. I do both sides and rub it in good right at the beginning.
In a skillet or electric frying pan, heat oil at medium heat.
Brown chops on both sides. Then add your onions and water.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Flip your chops, cover and cook until the water is gone and your onions are soft and light brown.
Remove from pan and serve immediately - topped with onions.
